In 7 years, if there was a problem, the landlord would do the quickest and cheapest fix. Her treatment was all along authoritarian, preposterous and dishonest. When we moved out and she checked the flat she accused us of destroying the entrance and hallway walls when the truth is that her husband and her had pre-approved what we had done.
